1. Business Customers Only
The Service is intended exclusively for business, commercial, professional, and organizational customers. It is not offered for purchases made primarily for personal, family, or household purposes. By purchasing or starting a Trial, the Customer confirms that it acts in a business or professional capacity.
2. Three-Day Free Trial
2.1 Duration. Where offered, the free Trial lasts three (3) calendar days, equal to seventy-two (72) consecutive hours, beginning when the Trial account is activated. The account or checkout interface may display the exact Trial expiry time.
2.2 One Trial. Unless Lanesra AI agrees otherwise, only one Trial is permitted per Customer, organization, payment method, and substantially similar group of users. Lanesra AI may deny, suspend, or terminate a Trial used to circumvent this restriction or for suspected abuse or fraud.
2.3 Trial limitations. Trial plans may have reduced features, usage, capacity, retention, exports, integrations, or support. Trial data may be deleted after the Trial if the Customer does not subscribe.
3. Automatic Start of Paid Subscription
3.1 Payment authorization. If the Customer provides a payment method and selects a paid plan, the Customer authorizes Lanesra AI and its payment processor to charge the selected subscription fee and applicable taxes immediately after the Trial expires, unless the Customer cancels before the displayed Trial expiry time.
3.2 No separate reminder required. The checkout or activation flow will disclose the Trial length, price, and renewal frequency. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lanesra AI is not required to send a separate reminder immediately before the Trial converts, although it may choose to do so.
3.3 Subscription term. After conversion, the subscription continues for the selected monthly, annual, or other billing period and renews automatically until cancelled in accordance with this Policy and the Terms of Service.
4. Cancelling During the Trial
4.1 Avoiding a charge. To avoid the first paid charge, the Customer must complete cancellation through the account or billing settings, or through another cancellation method clearly stated at checkout, before the Trial expires.
4.2 Time of cancellation. Cancellation is effective when it is successfully recorded by the designated system or received at the billing email, as applicable. Merely ceasing use, deleting browser data, removing an application, failing to log in, or sending a cancellation request after the Trial expires does not avoid the charge.
4.3 Confirmation. The Customer should retain the cancellation confirmation. If the Customer believes it cancelled on time but was charged, it must provide reasonable evidence so Lanesra AI can investigate.
5. No-Refund Policy
5.1 All charges are final. Once a paid charge is processed, all fees are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable, including the first charge after the Trial and all renewal, usage, overage, add-on, upgrade, implementation, or other charges.
5.2 No partial refunds or credits. Lanesra AI does not provide refunds or credits for:
- unused subscription time or partial billing periods;
- failure to cancel before the Trial expiry or renewal date;
- forgetting about the Trial, subscription, or automatic renewal;
- non-use, limited use, or changes in the Customer’s circumstances;
- dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs, analytics, recommendations, rankings, citations, visibility results, or business outcomes;
- changes made by third-party AI models, search engines, platforms, data sources, or integrations;
- downgrades or cancellation during a paid period;
- failure to use available features, support, exports, or account controls;
- account suspension or termination resulting from the Customer’s breach, non-payment, abuse, fraud, security risk, or unlawful activity; or
- currency conversion, bank, card issuer, tax, or payment-provider charges.
5.3 Cancellation stops future charges. Cancelling a paid subscription prevents future renewals but does not reverse or refund a charge already incurred. Unless access is suspended or terminated for cause, the Customer may continue using the paid plan until the end of the current billing period.
6. Limited Exceptions
A refund will be considered only in the following circumstances:
- Mandatory law: a refund is required by a law that cannot validly be excluded or limited;
- Duplicate charge: the same amount was charged more than once for the same subscription and billing period;
- Incorrect charge: Lanesra AI or its payment processor charged an amount not authorized by the applicable checkout or Order; or
- Express written commitment: a signed Order or written approval from an authorized Lanesra AI representative expressly provides a refund or service credit.
A temporary interruption, feature change, third-party outage, delay, inaccurate output, or failure to achieve a desired result does not create a refund right unless a signed service-level agreement or mandatory law expressly states otherwise.
7. Billing Error Requests
7.1 Notice. The Customer should report a suspected duplicate or incorrect charge within seven (7) days after the charge appears, together with the account email, invoice or receipt, transaction date, amount, and explanation. Delay may make investigation more difficult but does not remove a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
7.2 Investigation. We may request reasonable information to verify identity, account ownership, cancellation timing, and the transaction. If we confirm an eligible billing error, we will correct it through the original payment method or another lawful method.

8. Failed Payments, Chargebacks, and Abuse
8.1 Failed payments. If a payment fails, Lanesra AI may retry the payment method, request an updated method, suspend access, or terminate the subscription. The Customer remains responsible for amounts lawfully due.
8.2 Chargebacks. Before initiating a chargeback, the Customer should contact Lanesra AI so the issue can be investigated. Initiating a chargeback does not cancel the subscription unless cancellation is separately completed. We may suspend accounts associated with disputed or reversed charges while investigating.
8.3 Fraud and abuse. Lanesra AI may deny a Trial, refund, credit, or promotional benefit where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, repeated account creation, payment manipulation, or circumvention of plan limits, subject to mandatory law.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy for future Trials, purchases, and renewal periods. For existing subscriptions, a material change will ordinarily apply from the next renewal after reasonable notice, unless an earlier change is required by law, security, or payment-provider rules.
10. Governing Terms and Contact
This Policy is governed by and interpreted together with the Lanesra AI Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, a signed Order prevails, followed by the Terms of Service, and then this Policy, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
